incontinence insomnia

Having a cold. Waking up in the middle of the night with a coughing fit. Getting up to clean the bedding, then myself. Cry quietly, don't wakeup the children. My partner has given up sharing my bed long ago.

At daytime, I pretend to be a normal person. At night, I live in my own private world of soiled diapers, incontinence, loneliness, despair.

Jee, wat een narigheid lijkt me. Daar laat je nooit wat van merken, heel eenzaam klinkt het. Ik leef weer even met je mee!

Hello Antje - I recently read your post on aboutincontinence.org and decided to google you to find out more. Your story sounds very familiar and brought many tears. I've been dealing with similar issues since the birth of my son in 2006 and as you know it's a tough thing to talk about. I appreciate the courage it took to share your story...
